“I started CrossFit in 2009 at the literal bottom, in a garage with a medicine ball dying after every workout. I wasn’t skilled enough to use a barbell or a pull-up rig but with enough time and a whole lot of effort, I graduated to Olympic lifts and pull-ups. I remember how proud I was when I finally did my first pull up and that’s what drives my coaching. I love supporting athletes in their journey to accomplish their goals! I received my CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Certificate in 2011 and have been inspired every day by what I see being attained in the gym.”
